A Message From Coach Farms



First, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to all our customers. This has been a transition for all of us….the Coach Farm Team and for you. Angela and I wanted to take this time to communicate what products are out of stock and why. This should help greatly with the order process and set expectations accordingly.


Rawstruck - our creamery is now an SQF rated facility which is recognized as a high level of food safety and quality regulations in global markets. Raw milk products pose a high degree of food safety concerns in an SQF facility. We are looking into other alternatives to keep the Raw milk name without being 100% raw milk. At this time, we are not sure when this product will be available.


Ricotta – should be available within the next 2-3 weeks. We are working to modify our production process to ensure the best quality product. Being in a new facility with new equipment creates a challenge to the process and making ricotta is a very specific process.


Aged cheeses – this includes Triple Crème, Hudson Valley Truffle, GPC and aged sticks. These products will be available intermittently as we restructure our aging process. Once we have this completed there should be a steady flow of product.


Flavorings – this includes flavored 8 oz. drinkable Yogoat, 6 oz. cup Yogurt, 4 oz. Fig and Pear Vac Pacs. We have moved to using only Non- GMO ingredients in our products and are in the process of fine tuning our flavor profiles to allow for a cleaner and more natural flavor.
